Uniqnet S3, LLC is a joint venture between Uniqsoft Inc and Dynanet Corporation (herein known as Uniqnet S3, LLC). Uniqsoft Inc is a SBA 8(a) company established in 2010. Uniqsoft Inc is a management and information technology company with a proven track record of developing effective business processes and technology solutions for our customers in healthcare, insurance, retail and finance domains. Uniqsoft Inc has extensive Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience that includes full lifecycle support using multiple technology platforms/methodologies and complying with CMS Technical Review Board requirements. The founders have 35 years of experience with CMS systems and a deep understanding of business operations in CMS OIT, CMMI and CCSQ. Uniqsoft Inc partnered with Dynanet to support the Common Working File CMS contract that provided technical management services.
Uniqnet S3 LLC member, Dynanet, has been serving Federal Government agencies since 1995 and has worked closely with GSA through their GWACs program for over 10 years as a prime contractor on 8A Stars and managing member of a joint venture (JV) on the current Alliant Small Business contracts. Uniqsoft and Dynanet have entered into a Mentor-Protégé agreement approved by SBA on July 28, 2020.
